About Me
- I am a fully qualified Humanistic Counsellor and a registered member of British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I work in accordance with the BACP’s ethical framework and guidelines (www.bacp.co.uk). In line with this, I engage in regular supervision and continuing professional development (CPD) to maintain and enhance the quality of my practice.
I offer counselling to adult 18 and over, both in person and online. Therapy can be open-ended or for an agreed number of weeks, depending on your needs and what feels right for you. Giving you the flexibility to choose the format that works for you.
I have completed BACP accredited training for online and telephone therapy which ensures that I can provide professional, safe and effective support remotely.
I fluently speak two languages, English and Turkish.
I have lived in the UK throughout my adult life. However, my experience living across different cultures has provided me with deeper appreciation and a wider perspective on what makes each one unique.

I have gained meaningful experience as a volunteer counsellor, supporting clients through a charity based low-cost counselling services. These include
